The staff were the real highlight. Manager Khema handled everything faultlessly, from the booking and trip advice to currency exchange tips, and there was no hard sell. The front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping teams were always smiling and welcoming. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and they made you feel as if you were their only guest. Angkor Tempora is a small, intimate hotel on a quiet road south of the city centre. You can walk to the night market and Hard Rock Cafe roundabout in about 25 minutes, or take a tuk for $2. The rooms are generously sized, breakfast is delicious, and the pool is big enough to cool off or swim some laps. Facilities are good. Daily room cleaning is available on request, towels are changed daily, pool towels are provided, and toiletries and bathroom supplies are replenished rather than left just for the first day.

We left early and moved to another place. The hotel wouldn't refund us at the time, but we got the money back through the booking agent after sending evidence of the unbearable construction noise next door. It was so loud we couldn't enjoy either pool. The plunge pool was hard to use, and the main pool, though nice, was very cold. The restaurant never opened and nobody explained why. Staff weren't very engaging, and we often had to look around for someone to help. Our room was an adequate size, but the bathroom was dingy and smelled awful. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Once the construction ends it may be quieter, but the rooms will be completely overlooked.

A peaceful, friendly hotel with really clean rooms and the loveliest, most accommodating staff. I've stayed in Siem Reap many times, and this will be our go-to from now on. Thank you 🙏🏻

I spent five days here in Siem Reap, and among the hotels I've stayed in during 2025, this was my favorite. The staff were incredibly polite, treated me like family, patiently answered my questions, and gave me directions. The garden full of beautiful plants and the pool made for a relaxing atmosphere. I also liked having laundry service. They can arrange tuk-tuks, day tours, and private taxis, which made getting around easy. The tuk-tuk driver Mr.SI Nat knows the local area very well and is friendly. 10 out of 10, one of the best hotels. Fully recommended!
