I can’t recommend staying here. I booked a room in November 2019 because the price seemed reasonable, and they gave me a room when I arrived. I went out to see the Angkor temples at sunset. When I came back, all my belongings, including expensive equipment and documents, had been left by the lobby counter. I was furious, and the staff near the counter couldn’t give me a clear explanation. I left in a hurry without finding out what had happened.
I felt welcome as soon as I walked in, and the staff were friendly and gave me suggestions for places to visit. I really enjoyed my holiday here. The service was quite nice, and the environment was lovely. The place has been updated a lot. I really recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Siem Reap on holiday.
The room was tidy, clean, and comfortable, but the WiFi was really bad. It cut out two or three times within a few hours while I was browsing. If you need reliable WiFi, don’t choose this place.
The location is great, right in the middle of everything but quiet at night. The rooms are a bit costly for their size.
Lively, fun atmosphere, with plenty of bars and restaurants. It’s geared toward Western backpackers.
