We had to wait a couple of hours for our night bus, and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming. They kept our bags for us and were happy to chat, without pushing anything. They were kind and helped us with our plans. The location is close to the center, but still quiet and safe. Rooms were comfortable, with great Aircon, and the bathrooms were very good. The shower may be the best we've had so far in Cambodia. Breakfast was nice, and the stay was relaxed. We'd definitely come back. Thank you so much!

The staff were great, and the room was quiet every night. I slept very comfortably, and the air conditioning worked well. I’m planning to stay here again later this month. The drawbacks weren't too bad: the breakfast selection was a little limited, and the bathtub looked nice but wasn't very practical. Getting hot water meant lowering the water pressure, so filling it could take an hour. To shower, I had to stand on the tub's curved edge, and I almost fell one night. Definitely form over function, but those issues don't outweigh the good parts.

This is a cozy, relaxing place, and the hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. I wasn't very satisfied with the breakfast choices. The room lighting was also very weak, and the rooms smelled damp.

For 20 a night, breakfast was great, and the rooms are big with maid service. It's a quiet spot with a nice pool. Pub St is a 15 minute walk, or $2 by tuk tuk, and there are only stairs, no lift. That honestly didn't bother me. The value is great. Maybe it's not the best value in s.r, but I doubt you'll find somewhere cheaper with the same amenities, free breakfast, and this level of cleanliness.

The staff were such nice, helpful people, and the swimming pool was very good. We had a nice stay at this great hotel. The Pinacolada was delicious! Breakfast could be a bit better.
