Velea Serviced Apartments & Suites

Everything is close by here, from fruit stalls and supermarkets to massage shops and highly rated places serving Western and Khmer food. The internet is decent, and 5G coverage in the area is excellent. I use a 5G hotspot for video calls, and it consistently gets 200-300 Mbps. I originally planned to stay at Velea briefly while I looked for my own apartment. After checking out a few other options, I changed my mind and stayed longer because it’s so nice living here. It suits a digital nomad who wants to balance work with relaxing. The team is lovely, helpful, quick to respond, and always tries to meet my needs. They take care of everything for me weekly, and I’m truly grateful to stay here :)) I wish the Velea team all the best! Thank you

That kind of genuine, professional service really stood out. Velea @ Rose Apple Square is a beautiful, modern property, sleek and exceptionally clean. It felt like a peaceful oasis away from the main bustle, while still being close to everything. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully set up, with a real home away from home feel. We loved relaxing by the pool after temple visits, and the gym is among the best I’ve seen in a serviced apartment or hotel. We’ll definitely be back.

What made my stay at Velea Hotel by Rose Apple Square special was the friendly staff, who went out of their way to give excellent service. The room was clean, modern, comfortable, and a peaceful retreat, even with Pub Street just a short walk away. The location made it easy to get to nightlife and restaurants without a long trip. Highly recommend for a visit to Siem Reap Cambodia!

The location is walkable, and tuk tuks are always available. There’s a small mart in the complex for basics like beer, toothpaste, and toilet paper. The general areas are kept up, the staff are top notch, and the pool is nice. Room A263a is modern, clean, and well equipped. There are a few things that didn’t work for me. The gym ceiling is too low to use some machines or stretch with free weights without hitting the lights, and equipment is packed too close together. They could use less of it. There’s also an odd rule against men taking their shirts off. In the room, only one power point worked, and I had to fuss with it to get a connection. The beds were very hard, so I didn’t sleep the first night. There’s no soundproofing, though it wasn’t especially noisy. The cafe next door is there, but the drinks are overpriced, which may explain why it always looks empty.
