Isann Lodge

Ranuth deserves a special thank you. He was kind, professional, and smiling throughout our stay. Everyone was helpful and thoughtful, too, including preparing our room for our honeymoon, which made us feel special. The charming rooms were nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed every meal. The pool was dreamy, and the grounds felt peaceful and full of nature. We had a wonderful time at Isann Lodge in Siem Reap and hope to visit again. Thank you for making it so memorable! 🌿✨

The bar was a little expensive, but the staff were so welcoming. After a day at the temples, the lovely pool was especially nice. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped. You can arrange a tuk-tuk, taxi, or scooter through the hotel at a fair price. A pleasant place to stay while visiting Angkor.

We spent 12 nights here with our baby and toddler, and loved being in such a peaceful oasis. Our room was the biggest and most beautiful we had during two months of travel. The staff were helpful, kind, capable, and always smiling, and made us feel they could manage whatever we needed. They also arranged a private tuk-tuk driver for our Angkor Wat visit. The hotel is a bit out of town, so nights are quiet, and tuk-tuks just outside can take you to the city centre in about 15 minutes. I’d recommend Isann Lodge for a Siem Reap trip. ❤️

The setting is lush, with gorgeous rooms and a beautiful pool. The service and food, though, don’t feel in line with the prices. At the restaurant we waited 1.5 hours for dinner, had to keep following up, and only received a 20% discount after asking. If they’d told us the wait upfront and kept us updated, it would have been a very different experience. Breakfast also fell short, especially the American option. The tiny, ultra-processed cocktail sausage we were served was so bad I wouldn’t offer it to a dog. With the hotel’s location, there aren’t many alternatives for meals at unusual hours, like before an early temple visit or after coming back late. If the food and service improve to match the prices, I’m sure a stay here could be exceptional.
