My rent was $220 per month. They charged $0.25 per kW of electricity and $5 for water, no matter how much I used. They also mopped the room when I asked and did my laundry. They tried to charge me $15 for gas, which is crazy, but I hadn't used any. In the end I talked it through and paid $5, though the landlord clearly wasn't happy about it. Even so, I was very happy with my month here and can confidently recommend the apartments and hosts π
