Maison Saiko Team made my time in Siem Reap so enjoyable, along with their helpful driver, Mr.Long. The hotel is beautifully located, with restaurants and supermarkets easy to reach on foot. Mr. Gregory and his team are welcoming and kind, and their warmth helped me relax and sleep well. I was also lucky to meet the team’s mascot, Saiko. He’s so cute! Mr. Long is a very professional tuk tuk driver with 15-year experience. His patience and kindness made touring feel safe and wonderful. In the hot weather, he even carried a box of iced water bottles for me during the drive. It was such a pleasure touring with him. I highly recommend both the hotel and the driver.

After nearly two months travelling around Southeast Asia, this is the best accommodation I’ve stayed in. I spent 4 nights here, and it was all fantastic. The rooms were spacious and airy, with a relaxing feel, and the hotel was impeccably clean. Its location is a rare find, close to Siem Reap’s center but wonderfully quiet. The staff were helpful with everything, and the owner/manager personally kept an eye on the details to make sure guests had a good stay. It’s a peaceful escape in the heart of the city. If you’re visiting Siem Reap, I’d choose this place without hesitation. Thanks to the whole team for a memorable stay!

The people running this beautiful hotel made it one of the best places I’ve stayed. They were friendly, always ready to help and willing to go the extra mile. Special mention to Gregory and Saiko, the hotel mascot and friendliest Lab I’ve ever seen. There aren’t any elevators, which was the one drawback, but I’d definitely recommend the place.

Gregory, the manager, welcomed us warmly, and he and the whole team were attentive, friendly and always ready to help. We felt safe walking back late at night. We spent five wonderful nights here, in a huge, spotless suite with a very comfortable bed and thoughtful design. Daily housekeeping kept everything fresh. We appreciated the little touches: a personalised welcome note, a fresh lotus leaf, complimentary water and quality toiletries. Breakfast was really good, with lots of choice, fresh fruit and excellent coffee. We loved relaxing in the garden and by the pool, and the hotel’s gorgeous, friendly Labrador, Saiko, completely won us over with daily cuddles. The location puts you close to everything, while the hotel itself stays peaceful and quiet. We can’t find a single flaw, and would happily return to Siem Reap. Thank you for a memorable stay.

The room was really spacious, the location puts everything just a stone’s throw away, and every staff member was friendly and accommodating. Maison Saiko is worth every penny. The hotel’s dog mascot, Saiko, always made my day better. Highly recommended!
