A very modern house, quite unlike a traditional Cambodian place, and it has all the modern amenities. The showers only had cold water, though in Cambodia’s weather that was actually pretty nice. It’s in a quiet area away from the town center. The owner made sure we had TukTuks and anything else we needed, and we had a great stay.

We visit friends who live in this community often, and each time we’re impressed by the homes and neighborhood. It has a nice atmosphere, with lovely kitchens and living rooms in the homes. Many also have pools and rooftop patios. A pleasant community.

The owner was always nearby if we needed anything. Vanthorng, the tuk-tuk driver who lives next to the villa, deserves a mention too. He was professional and friendly, drove us into the city each time, and waited to bring us back. His English made everything convenient. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We rented both villas, so the shared pool was just for us, and we used it all the time.

The home was spacious and very clean, and the host was helpful with everything we needed, including recommendations for transport and restaurants. It’s also peaceful for relaxing, while the shopping area is less than a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride away. Highly recommended.
