Model Residence and Spa

The pool is the standout, and the rooms are very spacious. The atmosphere around the place was good, though it could use some improvement. The staff were friendly enough, but they could barely understand English. Still, I had a good stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent. Our family room had two rooms in an open layout, so we had two of everything, including bathrooms. It was very spacious and comfortable, and my kids absolutely loved the two big pools. The room didn’t get much natural light and had a musky smell, though I was the only one bothered by it.

The two pools have a really good view, and I liked them. The room was fine, but there was dust under the raised bed where the space was visible. Service was good, though I wasn’t happy that housekeeping came in when I hadn’t hung the cleaning notice tag on the door. They also threw out the big plastic bags I was using to pack my baby’s things.

The room was exceptional, with a huge bowl bath and a massive walk-in shower. The hotel itself is beautiful, with two lovely pools, one of them salt water. Everyone on staff, including management, was very friendly and kept checking whether we were okay or needed anything. fhanith, one young waiter, was especially lovely, always smiling and genuinely interested in making sure we had what we wanted right away. We couldn’t fault the hotel or staff. Thank you for a pleasant stay!
