The hotel feels peaceful, and the location is really convenient. Everyone took good care of us, and the service was great. Devit was especially kind and helpful. The only little issue was the shower area had no door, which made showering a bit uncomfortable for us 🤣

The receptionist, Chandy, was outstanding, always smiling and ready to answer whatever I needed to know. I felt a little sad when it was time to leave, almost like I was leaving home. It’s a small, relaxed hotel with a beautiful feel, a big room, and a nice breakfast.

Mr Lucky arranged all our activities ahead of time, and the staff were helpful throughout. The hotel is great value for money, and I’d highly recommend it. Its location is handy for walking to key places in Siem Reap, with plenty of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Angkor Wat was only 20 minutes away, which really helped with the early start.

What a start to a three-night stay. We had to climb four flights of stairs because there’s no lift, and the room we got after it had supposedly been freshly cleaned was in this condition. Check-in is usually at 2 PM, but we arrived at 2:30 on Tuesday and still waited another 15 minutes. When I complained that the room was already 30 minutes late, the receptionist said we could go in while they finished cleaning. I was annoyed. Why should I be sent to a room that still wasn’t clean, as if it were my fault?
