The location is central and convenient in Siem Reap, but the upkeep was shocking. There was no hot water, and the old mini fridge was loud and full of water. My room was in a separate building from reception, with no Wi-Fi password inside. I tried the phone to call reception, only to find it was a prop that wasn't plugged in. Worst of all, the smoke alarm had been taped over and clearly wasn't working.

The rooms were fine, the food was okay, and the staff were friendly with good service. There's a huge swimming pool, though it was crowded while we were there. The hotel is a bit outside town, but near the temple ticket booth and a local night market with plenty of food and shops. It worked well for our family.

Worst room I've had. It was dirty, and the water came out red. The hot water was on and off, while the air conditioner was noisy and didn't cool the room. The towel was very dirty too.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well serviced. The complex also has a huge garden and pool. It's a little far from Siem Reap's center and from Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom. Don't count on getting a room with an Angkor Wat view, whatever the listing claims.

The location was fine, and the rooms were big enough for a family. The swimming pool was great too. This four-star hotel still has plenty to work on, especially bathroom upkeep and cleanliness, along with the standard of service.
