The riverfront location was perfect, and I really enjoyed my stay. The yearly puppet parade went right past the hotel and was outstanding fun. Breakfast was included and excellent, though there was no hot tea, which I missed as a non-coffee drinker. I liked the beautiful wooden lobby and the rooms' wood too, even though it made them dark. The pool was nice but cramped, with lounge chairs taking up all the space around it, so you had to climb over them. The daily housekeepers were lovely. I'd stay again anytime.

I felt right at home thanks to the warm, welcoming staff. Pierre Hotel is clean and tidy, with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and the restaurant food is delicious. Its location is great too, just a few minutes' walk from Pub Street and the Old Market. Thank you for the kind hospitality of the Cambodian people.

After several emails about an issue, communication has been very poor. I feel they are selective about when they show politeness and provide customer service. I was recommended this hotel, so it's a shame my experience has been so disappointing. I'm also surprised by the comments about bed quality, given that the hotel presents itself as high-end. Politeness isn't a hard concept. Be wary of booking here, there are places with better customer service.

The hotel was clean and very pleasant, and it's only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town and Night Market. The service was fantastic, and special thanks to Tol, Vichek, and Darin. The staff were lovely and meant well, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel’s in a nice spot, though it feels run down and too many things don’t work. Our first room had broken air conditioning, a shower that wouldn’t drain, unreliable hot water, and old towels with frayed edges. After two tries to fix the air con, we got moved. The next room had working air conditioning and a draining shower, but the hot water was still dodgy and the towels looked straight out of the 80s. There’s hardly any air moving through the ground-floor common areas, apart from a little fan behind reception for the staff. The pool space is so tight that getting to the loungers means nearly falling into the water. It doesn’t seem like much is being invested in upkeep. I can’t understand why they haven’t at least put a few pedestal fans in the lobby, and I doubt anyone with experience at an international hotel is involved in managing the place.
