The staff were friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay. The room was spacious and cleaned every day, with air conditioning, a fridge, wardrobe, TV, kettle, and a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was roomy and attractive, and had hot water. There’s a shady, leafy courtyard with cute dogs, and breakfast was delicious. The hotel is peaceful but close to lively Pub Street, with plenty of cafes, laundromats, pharmacies, and markets around. Everyone was friendly, especially Viset, who speaks excellent Russian and English. She’s a great guide and knows a lot about tourism and plenty of other things too. She helped us get bus tickets to Ho Chi Minh City at a great price.

It’s a quiet family-run hotel in a convenient location. The problem is communication: the only person who speaks English is rarely around, so it can be very difficult to get things across.

Right in the city center, close to everything, including the night market. It’s a really nice, quiet, cozy place.
