Le Water Villa

For a two-star budget hotel, I found it quite impressive. The rooms were welcoming, nicely decorated, and spotless, with comfortable beds and air conditioning that worked well. I stayed at Le Water Villa several times over the course of my month-long trip around Cambodia. The location is fantastic, and the staff were lovely, professional, and very helpful.

The team made our stay: everyone was welcoming, cheerful, and helpful, and the small size of the hotel meant the service felt personal. Thanks to Sovat, Samnant, Somnang, and Patrick for making it so enjoyable. Breakfast has lots of options at the restaurant, and room service is available. We could also arrange tours and transfers to other cities at the hotel and pay by credit card. For the price, it's the best value hotel we've visited so far on our Southeast Asia trip, with the best hospitality. The location is central but on a calm, quiet street, and Pub Street is a five-minute walk away. There are excellent restaurants and cool cafes within 50 meters. Our room was functional, with A/C, hot water, and amenities, and the mattress was very comfortable.

I've stayed here every February for the past three years. It's quiet, well located, cleaned daily, and has friendly staff and laundry service. It feels safe and secure at night. This year the AC broke, but they repaired it and had a new unit in within eight hours.

Patrick and the staff were wonderful, and I enjoyed my stay a lot. Thanks especially to Sobat, who helped with my travel. The bus company gave me bad information, but Sobat called them and got me to my transport. I'm so grateful!
