The staff were incredible. I’ve never had service at this level in a hotel, with so much care, spoiling, and little gifts. David and Eric watched out for every detail and were two of the best people we met in Cambodia. We got honeymoon decorations and birthday fruit, and even after checkout they let us shower that evening and gave us a complimentary dinner. These were some of the best days of our vacation, and I don’t think another Cambodian hotel comes close, especially at this price. Highly recommended. A couple of small things: breakfast was satisfying but nothing extraordinary, and the pool was cold because the building blocks much of the sun.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and you can ask staff to clean at a specific time. The swimming pool was relaxing, and breakfast had a good variety of dishes. What really stood out was the staff and service. They’ll do everything they can, and more, to solve a problem. I’d recommend it for couples, but it isn’t intended for solo travelers. A perfect hotel for families and couples.

Chronivada’s customer service really stood out. It was the best my wife and I experienced in Southeast Asia. Alisa is a star in hospitality, and the rest of the team were great too, always ready to help and attentive to the small things. They welcomed us with a snack, upgraded us when a better room was available, and even brought a complimentary mango smoothie while we were by the pool. The rooms are clean, modern, and well designed. The pool was perfect, the food and drinks were delicious and fairly priced for a nice hotel, and the massage was very good. For the price, the combination of modern facilities and excellent service is hard to beat.

The balcony room had a nice view of both the city and the pool. The accommodation and amenities were very good, and the staff at the hotel restaurant were especially attentive and friendly. Ken was particularly kind to us as our assistant. Cheers!
