Siem Reap Palace Residence

The breakfast was tasty and came in good portions. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with water, coffee, and tea topped up every day. Towels were changed and the room cleaned daily. Randy answered my questions before I arrived, and he and all the ladies were friendly, attentive, and polite. I enjoyed my stay, though one front desk staff member made me uncomfortable a couple of times. As a solo traveler, that left me with a poor final impression.

Breakfast had lots of choices, and there's a swimming pool that's a must for anyone who likes to swim. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were helpful and nice. The location is good too, about 10 minutes from the night market.

The location made getting around easy: the airport bus stop is close, a large supermarket is 4 minutes away on foot, the river is a few minutes' walk, and tuk tuks can take you everywhere. They also arrange a tuk tuk driver for temple visits, and I strongly recommend that service. The staff spoke excellent English and were warm, professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. I felt welcome right from the start, and their care made my trip much more comfortable and memorable. The rooms were spacious, pretty, new, beautifully decorated, and clean. The beds and pillows were amazing, and I rested so well. When a small issue came up, the hotel manager handled it wonderfully, and I'm grateful. I'm so glad I booked here. I'd definitely come back and book again. Regards to all the Team!

The ladies were friendly, and the smaller hotel offers breakfast to order with a varied choice of Western or Asian dishes. Our room had a window and balcony that let in lots of natural light, and both the room and shower were roomy. The toilet room, though, was quite small. Wi-Fi was decent, but Netflix on the TV wouldn't work. Pub Street is about a 10 minute walk.
