They refused to let me check in, and the whole experience felt terribly unprofessional and dishonest. They kept $80 from us, which came across like a scam. No proper explanation, apology, or attempt to sort things out was offered. It felt as if they were just looking for a reason to keep our money. The property itself seemed very old and poorly maintained, with a bad smell and a neglected feel. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Poor communication and questionable handling of guest money left me strongly advising people to avoid it, unless they want their plans ruined and money taken.

The staff were amazing, cheerful, and friendly, and made us feel welcome. The hotel was spotlessly clean and very affordable. Restaurants are right next door and across the road, and the Night Market is only a short walk away. I'd stay there again without hesitation.

The pool was just right, and it was quiet because the hotel is far enough from the chaos of Pub Street. Rooms are spacious and affordable, breakfast was good, and the staff were amazing.

I felt safe here and got the impression it might be a family-run place. The room was clean and roomy, and breakfast came with a whole plate of dragon fruit, banana and watermelon. It’s handy for the city centre, with places to eat nearby and the market and Angkor Wat not far away.

It felt like home here. The staff were modest and polite, the room and bathroom had plenty of space, and markets and restaurants were close by. Breakfast was simple but tasty. I really enjoyed my stay.
