The afternoon tea was a lovely surprise, served daily from 3 to 4:30 with fresh tea, snacks, and juice. We also enjoyed breakfast a few times, and the restaurant serves food throughout the day with a happy hour for cocktails. The pool is open from 9am to 9pm, with towels on the loungers and drinks available from the restaurant and bar. There’s plenty of room to sit by the water, too. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with great air conditioning, tea and coffee supplies, and a balcony. We liked the two metal flasks that could be refilled with water in the restaurant instead of using plastic bottles. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Old Market and Pub Street. If you’d rather not walk, there’s a complimentary tuk-tuk between 6pm and 9pm, and tuk-tuks are usually available out front at other times. We stayed six nights after more than four months of travelling around South-East Asia, and the staff here stood out from anywhere else we’d been. They remembered our names, room number, and plans for the day, and always asked how things had gone when we came back. From the cold towel, welcome drinks, and fresh fruit on arrival onward, they made us feel genuinely looked after. They deserve a lot of credit for how they treat guests. Everything made for a wonderful stay, the value was great, and we’d happily return to Siem Reap.

The pool was clean, the Wi-Fi was fast, and getting into the city center by tuk-tuk was easy. There’s a high school across the street, and the area felt safe to us. You can get snacks at the hotel, and our tuk-tuk driver told us about a 7-Eleven nearby, where we picked up extra snacks for my son. We found the room clean and the balcony well cared for. The hotel restaurant is small but has a good mix of Cambodian dishes and the Western food we wanted. The staff were polite and kind, and the service was excellent. We had a very comfortable stay. As a Japanese person, I noticed a slight metallic smell in the hot shower water. I think it may come from the heater system commonly used in Cambodia, rather than anything specific to this hotel, so it didn’t seem like a reason for concern. It seemed a little better on day two. Running the hot water for a while first might help, though maybe we just got used to it.

The place is nicely decorated, and you can buy some of the things on display, though expect to pay about 50% more, which seems normal. Prices at the hotel are a bit high, but the high standards justify them. Breakfast was good and the staff were really friendly. The hotel can get you a tuk-tuk, and while you pay more, one is always there when you need it. Definitely recommend it.

The team were easily the kindest, most attentive people we’ve met anywhere, and they made everything run smoothly during our visit to Siem Reap and Angkor Wat. Our room was spotless, roomy, and very comfortable. We had an absolutely amazing stay and highly recommend it.

The pool was pretty and a lot of fun, just what we needed to get our energy back. Food and drinks were good, especially the Lok Lak, one of the best we had in Cambodia. The location works well too, a short tuk-tuk ride from the center, with someone usually out front to give you a lift, including a complimentary ride from around 18:00. We travelled as a family with two kids and really recommend staying here. After a hot day out exploring, we were always welcomed back with smiles and cold towels. The staff and service were amazing.
