The staff are the best part. They're friendlier and more helpful than anyone else, and that's why we planned one or two nights but stayed our whole time in Siem Reap. The location is pretty much the best in the city. The rooms are lovely, clean, and well designed, with daily cleaning and fresh tea, coffee, and water. There's a kettle and fridge too. I've been here for eight days, and it's been an absolute pleasure.

Fumi did a great job planning and arranging tours. The hotel is only two or three blocks from Pub Street and the night market, with charming cafes and bars just a few doors away. Rooms are new, clean, quiet, and a good size. The hot breakfast was good too.

A small bar and swimming pool are on site, and the bathroom was cleaned every day. The hostel rents bicycles, which came in handy for visiting the temples. They also have a board where guests can coordinate and share tuktuk fares for sunrise or sunset outings. It has changed its name to "Cozy Cloud". Same place, just a new name.

The staff made the place unforgettable. They treated me like family, helping with everything from finding a nice meal to figuring out where to go and what to pay. With locals on every corner looking to make a profit from you, the hotel management's help saved me money and trouble. On my birthday, they gave me a cake and left a lovely note on the information board. Management spoke fluent English, so there was no language barrier, which was a huge surprise in this part of the world. Breakfast was nice each morning and fairly priced. The rooms were clean and tidy, with air conditioning. Laundry was only one dollar for everything, and the clothes came back clean and ready to wear the next day. No need to worry about drying them or using a washing machine. The hotel's local tuk tuk and taxi drivers also offered surprisingly good transportation prices. Huge thanks for caring about people, not just money.

The best part was how friendly and helpful the staff and owners were. They could handle laundry, find a driver, or book things for you. The hotel also has a kettle, fridge, comfortable beds, air conditioning, a bathtub, and a pool. Breakfast was good, like muesli with plenty of fruit and delicious yogurt. Thank you!
