The building sits on a narrow site, but the atmosphere is pleasant. Rooms aren’t very big, though they’re comfortable enough for travellers, and the rates are affordable for most. Service is great too. A good spot for a night or two while travelling or sightseeing.

The breakfast let me down, but I really liked the computers and the bathrooms. The whole hotel is clean and well designed, with very clean sheets and towels. I also like the BAREFOOT ONLY rule. It helps keep the place relaxing and dirt free.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and there was nothing to complain about. Our room was clean, with bottled water kept in the fridge. We were welcomed with a complimentary drink, then had exceptionally tasty Khmer Pancakes at the comfortable open air restaurant. Just an amazing stay.

We’d happily stay at the villa medamrei again. Its location was part of the appeal, as were the staff and rooms. The receptionists and restaurant staff are lovely, kind people, and the room was clean with daily cleaning. It’s nicely furnished and has everything you need, including very comfortable mattresses. Breakfast was included, with plenty to choose from, like omelette, Müsli, and noodles. Thank you.

The place can be a little hard to spot. There’s no lit sign by the road, and it’s quite green, but Google Maps is right and people nearby know it. You can also call and they’ll direct you. It’s about a five minute walk from Pub Street. The staff were very nice and helpful, and for 11 USD a night it’s good quality. Rooms are dark, but the bed’s comfortable, the shower is hot, and the aircon works. A nice, cozy little place.
