The staff were lovely, always smiling and ready to help. We had some problems outside the hotel, and they helped us a lot. The hotel is in a quiet area, but we could walk to the city centre in 5-10 minutes. Our room was big, clean and quiet, and the pool and surroundings were extremely nice. Drinks and even good food for lunch or dinner cost a little more than in the city, but that seemed normal. After checkout we waited three hours for our bus by the pool. They gave us towels, and there was a shower we could use. I know this hotel already has almost 5/5 stars on Google, but I wanted to say how we felt because we really didn't want to leave. Thank you.

We felt so welcome here, and the food was delicious. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the pool was amazing. As someone from Europe, I've never experienced this kind of service before. I've never met such nice hotel staff. The receptionists were kind and kept helping us, from when our credit card got stuck in an ATM to when we had trouble checking in for our flight. They were always smiling and made it feel like nothing was impossible. Thanks for everything!

The pool was a wonderful place to cool off after a hot day visiting temples, and it never felt crowded. The hotel was fully booked, but we saw only three or four other people at the pool or breakfast at a time. We liked it enough to add another night. Breakfast had lots of options, including a to-go box for our sunrise tour. The rooms were clean and well equipped, and the bed was so comfortable. Everyone was helpful, whether topping up our reusable glass water carafe or arranging a tour. The location made it easy to reach everything without being right in the middle of the bustle. We enjoyed the short walk to the riverside market and night markets. One of the nicest boutique hotels we’ve stayed in across SE Asia, with impeccable service.

We were just a short walk from cafes, restaurants, shops and the night market, though we also ordered a Tuk2 or Remork. The hotel was quiet and private despite being near the city center, and the room price was reasonable and good value. I stayed five nights in December 2025 with my wife and daughters, and we took two rooms. Ours was on the ground floor, five meters from the pool and facing it; my daughters had a pool-facing room on the first floor. The rooms were clean, nice and cosy. The lovely landscaped garden around the pool made it a pleasant spot. Staff were exceptionally friendly. We chose breakfast, which was ala cart, with Western, Cambodian and Vegetarian options. There was enough choice for our five days, and I enjoyed it very much. A cosy hotel in a convenient spot in Siam Reap. Recommended.
