We felt welcome as soon as we got to Aristocrat. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, and handled every request with a smile. That made our stay comfortable and easy. The hotel was spotless too, from our room to the rest of the well-kept property, which made it feel fresh and relaxing. Breakfast on the top floor was a highlight. There was a delicious selection of fresh pastries, seasonal fruit, and gourmet coffee, with a breathtaking sea view. The peaceful morning setting and the food made for an unforgettable start to the day. Aristocrat went beyond what we expected. We can't wait to come back for another comfortable, luxurious stay.

We were able to check in super early, and they upgraded our room. Breakfast was good, and the water looked lovely beyond the construction. The pool was refreshing, although construction buildings overlooked it. The hotel was okay overall. We were glad we stayed just one night, using the town as a starting point for the islands. The area and the town itself are quite an experience, but that's not the hotel's fault. I didn't feel especially safe walking around at night. Our tuk tuk driver was great. COVID must have hit the area hard, and hopefully things will get better once construction ends.

I was only in town to get from the islands to my flight, but I wouldn't recommend either the hotel or the town. The streets felt unsafe, and the whole place looked as if it had been taken apart after a war. There were empty building shells everywhere, including blocks of 2030 plus story buildings left unfinished after massive Chinese corporations stopped building across the city, apparently due to incompetence. The town is in complete disrepair. I got no sleep, and the hotel overcharged me by $12 on the last day after hustling me. It felt untrustworthy and kind of confused as a place. The one good thing was the breakfast.

There were seven of us on a deep-sea fishing trip when a storm brought us to the hotel much earlier than planned. They let us check in early and leave late the following day without charging extra. The staff were fantastic, the rooms were good, and the location worked well.

Serendipity Beach is close by, and the staff are friendly. I've stayed at Aristocratic Residence and Hotel several times and enjoy coming back.
