Being close to the beach was the one bright spot, and we could get up and walk there. Inside, though, the rooms were incredibly cramped, the bathroom had bugs and smelled awful, and the bed was so uncomfortable I barely slept. The rooms are packed close together too. I woke up at 6:30 in the morning to people next door sitting around with no hygiene and music blasting. I had a bad stay and wouldn't recommend it.

We were four people, two parents and two young kids, sharing a room with two queen beds, but got just two shabby towels. When I asked for extra ones, the answer was a firm no, with the explanation that rooms are limited to two towels. They wouldn't even exchange the wet towels for dry ones. The towel policy is baffling.

You can reach the beach in a 1-2 minute walk, which is nice. The bed and pillow were really poor, though, and security didn't seem very good. I had a good experience overall, but the old bed meant I didn't sleep much. I hope they make some changes.

I used to be very pleased with this place and had stayed many times over the past two years. This visit was different: it has become run down, and we understand it may close soon because of the Chinese land grab. The whole beach front area has been taken over by the Chinese, with bright lights and a lot of noise.
