The rooms are big, the owner is great, and the people around are awesome. Aquatic Cafe is fantastic, with products that are all natural. The staff are very nice too.

The hotel is decent, with large rooms and free Wi-Fi. Everything else was good, but there was no safe anywhere, and they overbook. A reservation doesn’t guarantee you’ll get the room because they rent it out again.

Rooms are clean and spacious, and you can get one with a fan for $7. There’s a shower, TV, and Wi-Fi. The plumbing leaked in my room, at least. The main downside is location: the nearest good beach, Independence Beach, is 6 km away, and the port is about the only other thing nearby.
