Samutra Apartment and Guesthouse

There was no cleaning, and no towels or sheets were changed. In fact, the beds had no sheets. We knew there was no breakfast. The reception was extremely unpleasant, too. The hotel is still being built, with noise all day. Hammering shook the walls and the power saws made our ears ring. Another hotel is going up next door, doubling the noise, and the windows are blocked, as shown in the photo. You have to pay cash before visiting and checking in, so you can't verify that the hotel isn't finished first. I don't understand the glowing reviews, or maybe I do. If you don't believe me, you won't be disappointed!
