Sea Breeze Hotel & Villa

The room had a nice view, and everything else was good. The buffet was tasty, and the place was tidy and clean, though the utensils and cups seemed pretty unclean to me. I'd like to stay again if I can :)

The rooftop pool is lovely and has a nice view, but the music was too loud to relax to. We politely asked them to turn it down and were told they couldn't. Our room was very spacious, though the ventilation was uncomfortably noisy and the coffee machine and kettle plugs were awkwardly placed. We chose the hotel for one night because it's close to the airport. The staff were very friendly, but most spoke little or no English. Ordering dinner through room service was impossible at first; someone came to take our order but also couldn't understand us, so they had to call another staff member. The food we eventually got was very good. We got conflicting information about breakfast, with some staff saying 6:30 am and the board saying 7:30 am. Since we had to leave early, we asked several times before anyone clearly confirmed whether breakfast would be possible. They kindly made us a breakfast box to take along, which we appreciated. For a four-star hotel, clearer communication, quieter music, and more attention to detail would help. It works for a short overnight stay, but there's room to improve.

The spacious, clean, well-kept rooms and peaceful garden setting made for a relaxing stay. The staff were warm and helpful, going out of their way to make things comfortable and memorable. I felt at home from the moment I arrived. Otres Beach is just a few minutes' walk away. Seabreeze Hotel & Villa is one of the best places I've ever stayed, whether you're here for a short escape or a longer vacation. It has a lovely balance of comfort and charm.

The rooftop restaurant serves juices and alcoholic drinks, and there's BBQ and music by the pool in the afternoon. The hotel is very close to the sea, and the balcony is a great spot to watch fireworks across the beach on New Year's. The design is modern and the rooms are fully equipped, with hot water, a bathtub, and a mini bar. I highly recommend the breakfast dishes with traditional Cambodian flavors.
