Seascape Palace Hotel

The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel is close to the speedboats to the islands, which works well if you're just passing through. Beyond that, we found the stay disappointing. The staff seemed absent and disengaged, with no smiles, welcome, or real service. Breakfast was a letdown too: the menu was limited to one dish and one drink. We chose French toast and juice, and both portions were small, especially the little glass of juice. We wouldn't recommend staying in the city unless you're in transit to the islands, and we'd advise choosing another hotel.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel is handy if you're heading to Koh Rong. My room felt a bit small, but it was okay. The sky bar was the downside: getting one plate of steak took a very long time, and I almost got stuck in the elevators.

The bed was comfortable, and the room and towels smelled lovely and clean. I also liked that they enforce the no smoking rule. And I loved the coffee!

The hotel is very close to the Autonomous Port, and my room was clean and comfortable. The pool is small, but the view is nice. The food was good, though a little overpriced, and I had no complaints about the staff.
