The 2-bedroom private pool villa gave our family space, privacy, and a calm place to relax after exploring Siem Reap. We were glad we booked it. The hotel also keeps the quality high in its more budget-friendly options, so comfort and service don’t depend on what you book. Pub Street is only about a five-minute walk away, but it was still peaceful when we came back. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, and the food was excellent. We had an amazing stay at Two Seasons Hotel and will definitely return. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Siem Reap.

The room was clean, the service was good, and the hot water worked well. Breakfast was delicious, with a decent selection. My room on level 3 had a small balcony, and the hotel also has a rooftop bar and a small pool. There’s a convenience store opposite, with food places, Pub Street, and massage parlours all nearby. No hair conditioner was provided. The only thing that spoiled the stay was being woken up a few times by loud dogs barking in the middle of the night.
My girlfriend and I had a great stay. The room and white sheets were clean, the towels were provided, and the water was always hot. Wi-Fi worked well on our phone, and the air conditioner was quiet, so we slept comfortably. The staff were friendly and didn’t charge us anything extra. We’d come back if we’re in town again.
Our pool villa at Two Seasons was lovely, just like the photos, and brand new and clean. The team decorated it for the birthday surprise and included a complimentary cake. Seeing everyone come together to celebrate my partner made that moment feel heartfelt and personal, not just like an arranged gesture. We’ll both treasure it for a long time. Even when we ran out of snacks, the team baked us fresh cookies. All the interactions we had, with reception, restaurant staff, housekeeping, and others, felt genuine. Their hospitality never seemed forced or transactional. This was our first trip to Cambodia and a surprise birthday holiday for my partner. Planning from another country was stressful, but James made it feel easy. He answered every message quickly, warmly, and professionally. No question seemed too small, and even with my detail-oriented nature, my requests never felt like a burden. His patience and attention helped me feel at ease, and I hope the team knows what an asset he is. Thinn picked us up at the airport and immediately made us feel comfortable and excited to be in Siem Reap. At the hotel, Ben and the reception team gave us a warm welcome. Ben and the rest of the team were accommodating and ready to help, so everything felt smooth from the start. Breakfast had a good selection, and we enjoyed the thoughtful à la carte dining. Two Seasons understands how much the small touches matter. James, Ben, Thinn, and the whole team, thank you for making a birthday and holiday we’ll never forget. We’d recommend Two Seasons Hotel Siem Reap without hesitation.
The staff at every level take pride in their work and do everything they can to meet or exceed guests’ needs. Mr. Chinn, one of the hotel’s tuk-tuk drivers, was kind, spoke fluent English, and took care of what we needed. The hotel also offers tours. We booked three nights and liked it so much we stayed five. The price was great value, $68 CDN / $50 US. Our spacious twin room on the fifth floor was very clean and had a balcony, small fridge, bathtub, and separate shower. Toiletries were excellent, as were the towels and bed linen. Breakfast was exceptional, with local and American options, including bacon, ham, and an egg station with a chef. There was a great assortment of coffee and breads, plus fresh fruit and jams. The rooftop infinity pool was a good size, with a bar, plenty of towels, and lounge chairs. It’s a boutique hotel, not a party place, about two blocks from the action while still being quiet. The location couldn’t be better. We first booked through a third party and paid about 13% more for the first three nights. Booking directly with Two Seasons for the two extra nights saved us money, so please book direct. I have no affiliation with the hotel. We’ve already recommended it to my sister and her friends, who will visit Siem Reap in 2027.
