Vechaka, our guest relations host, looked after us so well. My partner became ill during the visit, and he brought medication and kept checking on us, even after we had left. He also arranged a beautiful table overlooking the bay at sunset and made the trip especially memorable. Everyone we met was kind, helpful, and quietly attentive. The restaurants served excellent food and wine, and the service was wonderful throughout. Our private, beautiful Hideaway villa at Six Senses Krabey was so restful. Don't miss the sunset from the bar, it's stunning. The whole place was gracious and felt like paradise. We highly recommend staying here.

Summer took me island hopping on an amazing excursion. I initially thought it was expensive, but having done it, I can say it was worth the cost. The spa was world class and the food was delicious. Our room was amazing too, and the GM and his team were so kind and keen to make everything special.

Our GEM, Ms. Namchhun, was always smiling, polite, kind, available, and very professional. On the beach, Saroeun and Summer took great care of us, bringing water and cold towels and helping with snorkeling and kayak equipment. All the staff were fantastic, but those three made the stay feel even more magical. We spent six days at Six Senses and it really felt like paradise. The welcome was impeccable, the resort is stunning, and there were great experiences to enjoy. Our room had its own pool, the beach was well equipped, and everything was beautifully clean. The food was refined and excellent.

We spent five nights in early December 2025 at Six Senses Krabey Island. We're a couple in our early 30s with no children, and stayed in the entry-level Hideaway Pool Villa. I usually stay at ultra-luxury resorts such as Amanoi and Datai, so I pay attention to details. If this is your first stay at a resort of this kind, I'd say book it. For a once-in-a-lifetime splurge, it's an easy 12/10 and excellent value. My expectations were white-glove, attentive service, including staff knowing our names by day two. Service was the standout. Our GEM, Vecheka, was warm, intuitive, attentive, and flawless, and service across the resort was some of the best I've had in Southeast Asia. 12/10, it really was that good. The atmosphere is private and calm, just right for relaxing. The gym is small but well designed, and the beautiful spa offers excellent treatments. The villas are among the best in Southeast Asia for design, privacy, and comfort. The one caveat is the pool temperature: it felt refreshing rather than warm. It's perfectly swimmable, but if you prefer 26 to 28 degrees, you may find the 22 to 25 degree water a little cool. Still, easily the best villa I've stayed in so far. 10/10. Food has a better reputation in practice than some online comments suggest. Complaints about small portions or high prices are mostly inaccurate. The food is excellent, portions were fine, and they were flexible. If the one restaurant open for dinner didn't appeal, they offered dishes from TREE, AHA, and even the Double Dip lunch menu. A three-course dinner was usually £75 to £100 per person, reasonable by London standards and for a resort of this level. I wouldn't choose full board since it's expensive. Breakfast, a light snack, and dinner were enough, and we never left hungry. They use local produce throughout. 9.5/10. The beach is often misunderstood online. People say there isn't a real beach or that it's poor, but I disagree. It's small, pristine, quiet, and the water is clean and swimmable. Since all the accommodations are pool villas, the beach is often empty, which feels very luxurious. It's not Amanpulo, but it's very good. The private picnic makes it even better: transport to a gorgeous, postcard-like beach transformed the experience. 9.5/10 with the picnic. Some activities are excellent, especially the private picnic on an almost deserted island, which was genuinely unforgettable. Others are less impressive. Kayaking is outsourced to a third party, understandable given the resort's scale but still a little disappointing. If you've already seen mangroves, you can skip it. Ask the GEM what suits you and the season. 8.5/10. I highly recommend arranging the resort transfer from KTI. It costs a lot, but is worth it. The only small snag was finding the driver. There's no permanent Six Senses desk, which makes sense given the small number of arrivals, and the driver was waiting outside rather than in the terminal. Once we found them, everything went smoothly. 9.5/10. This is a phenomenal resort and belongs on the bucket list for serious luxury travelers. It's my favorite resort in Southeast Asia so far, an outstanding achievement.

Jing, my GEM, made my birthday stay feel even more special. During dinner, Saron climbed up the rock to get us a photo from the top. The whole team helped make the experience memorable. Can't say much more, see you again soon.
