Won Majestic Hotel Cambodia

We were five people and stayed one night at Won Majestic Hotel Cambodia. It was a fantastic experience and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Our airport pickup was in a luxury van, and the team gave us a lovely welcome. They upgraded us to a huge, very clean sea-view room. There are several restaurants, and we had dinner at the hotel. The food was very good, especially the beautiful, delicious pastries we had for dessert. The infinity pool also has fantastic views. All the staff were kind and attentive. Many thanks to Pheoung Visal and Panha for such a warm welcome. When we left, the hotel even offered to take us to the pier for the boat to Koh Rong. We loved our stay and will definitely return when we’re back in Sihanoukville. Thank you!

Won Majestic keeps me smiling. It’s on the main road, so it’s easy to get dropped off or find a Grab. There’s security and checkpoints to help me feel safe in the hotel. Breakfast is great, with lots of options. I was charged extra for fresh coffee, but I’m happy to pay the service team for it. I love the coffee cub selection. I don’t mind being far from the sea and sand, because from the 18 floors up I can already see the sea and feel calm and free. For my next trip, please call my name at check-in. When the front desk recognizes me and says my name, it makes me feel welcome. Also, please greet me at the breakfast table in the morning and check that I slept well or need anything extra, like pillows. I might just smile and say I’m fine, but in my heart I’ve already read your name. Third, could you keep little gifts for women who come back? We want to feel wanted from check-in through checkout. We got a welcome drink when we arrived, but nothing when we left. Even a small box with two macarons would be lovely. Imagine opening it on the flight, with a goodbye message like “safe flight,” “we can’t wait to see you again,” or “your presence keeps our hotel full of joy and fun.” I’ve stayed at this hotel many times from last year through this year. I hope to see you again next year.

The hotel felt calm and welcoming, and everything was well kept. Our room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, with what we needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a great job each day. The staff made a warm, professional impression from arrival, check-in was quick, and they were always ready to help with a smile. We had a wonderful stay at Won Majestic Hotel.

The infinity pool was open air with lovely views, and the hotel’s design stood out. Our breakfast had a good mix of Western and local choices. We were moved to a beautiful sea-view room on the 19th floor, and the location made getting around easy. At arrival there were macarons in the room and a welcome drink at the lobby bar. Everyone we met was friendly, professional, and thoughtful. Special thanks to Duty Manager Kim Ladang for the excellent service and complimentary ride to the airport in a very comfortable hotel car. Won Majestic was much better than we expected, and easily the best hotel of our Cambodian trip so far. It’s a great hotel by international standards, highly recommended.
