The room quality was awful. I stayed in the $20 room by the parking area, and it was very old. In room 03, the bathroom doorknob was broken and water leaked through the ceiling. The poolside rooms start at $35, but that only gets you the room, with no free breakfast. I wouldn't swim in the pool either, it was full of dead bugs and smelled like dead cockroaches.

The pool was awesome and the room was clean, so this worked really well for a one night stop in Preah Vihear. The hotel's food felt a little pricey, especially next to other places in Cambodia. It's about a 45 minute motorbike ride from Preah Vihear Temple, which is absolutely beautiful and well worth visiting.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning. The bathroom looked a little dated, though it was still pretty good for the location. We had dinner on the restaurant's second floor balcony, looking out over the pool, and it felt like a tropical paradise. The reception and pool areas are idyllic, and the service was excellent. We had a lovely stay.

Really nice hotel in Saem, near Preah Vihar temple!

The owner seemed polite, though some of the staff did not. From outside it looks okay, but inside there was a smell of mosquito spray. The local rate was $35 without breakfast, which costs around $5 for an adult. Foreigners seemed to be charged somewhere from $60 to $80, perhaps with breakfast. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it if you have another choice.
