The staff were great, and Richard the Manager treated me with respect and shared lots of helpful information about Phnom Penh and the surrounding area. I found plenty of food places nearby, along with Lucky's Supermarket and the Central Market. The hotel is also near the city's first mall, and the area felt peaceful. My room and bathroom were clean, the linen was clean, the A/C worked, and the lift worked well. I'm a simple man, and this place was a real bargain. I had a great time and got a good price on Agoda, as usual. I spent a lot of the daytime in my room. If you're looking for luxury, the Hilton is more your kind of place.

The rooms were fairly spacious and comfortable, but the atmosphere left us feeling very uneasy and unsafe. At 7am, we were woken by a violent argument right outside our room, and it seemed like it might turn into a physical fight. When we told the manager, he just said not to worry and that this sort of thing happens in hotels. That was shocking to hear. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

You can buy an EV Bike through this hotel. If you're a tourist staying in Phnom Penh for a month, you can pay $100 and use the bike for 1-2 months, then return it to the hotel. Very good hotel, and the prices are cheap.

We booked two rooms for our family, and both had problems. The rooms were so hot we couldn't sleep, and the A/C didn't work properly. There was no hot water from 6:30am until we had waited through 8am. The manager said it was a common complaint, blamed the solar setup, and told us to live with it. We asked for another room or some way to heat water because we had to leave very early, but he didn't help and had a very bad attitude. The other staff were polite and helpful, though the manager's customer service was rude. The hotel is refurbished, but the rooms lack basic facilities. The bathroom glass door has no curtain, and the room Wi-Fi only works if you leave the door open. During our stay of several days, nobody cleaned the room. Each floor smelled of cigar smoke. Not recommended at all. Google ratings may look good, but read recent reviews before booking.
