The short rib beef was the surprise hit for us: juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The roast pig was delicious too, and the Johnny Cake and salad were great accompaniments. The Wednesday pig roast buffet is a bit pricey, but I thought the experience was worth it. Just make sure you arrive hungry.

We only dropped in for coffee and a look around, so I can’t comment on the rooms. The place has a lovely atmosphere and plenty of history, and the coffee and oatmeal biscuits were excellent. The people were friendly and happy to serve us even though we weren’t staying there. Well worth a stop, and thanks for the warm welcome.

The lush tropical gardens create such a peaceful setting, and the staff were wonderful. We loved the delicious food, too. I hope this magnificent hotel stays just as it is.

I’m sorry to be leaving this very special place. The pool was just right for lazy afternoons, and the food was exquisite. The staff and owner, Richie, made us feel so welcome. The Hermitage Nevis has a lovely spot near town and the beaches, with a sense of history and a quiet distance from the bustle.

The Hermitage’s history and beauty are hard to match, and Richie and the whole staff were amazing. We received fantastic service and support throughout. Already looking forward to another visit.
