Four Seasons Resort Nevis, West Indies

For my first visit to the Caribbean, I couldn’t have asked for a more special trip with my daughter. The pools and beach were lovely, and snorkeling gear was complimentary. The food was great, and every person we met was welcoming and thoughtful. Their kindness and attention made the whole stay feel special. A few people made a particular difference: Desiree kept our room stocked with extra water and ice, and Kief and Jacqueline looked after us on the beach in the humid weather. Makesha helped arrange a surprise treat for my daughter, who loved the coconut cookies. Jocelyn’s massage was so relaxing, and her gentle reminders to unwind were just what I needed. Emoyen, one of our servers, took the time to get to know and remember me, which made me feel seen. I hope we get to come back.

Tennis is the main reason we come, and Angel, the director of tennis, deserves the gold medal. We played with him every morning. His coaching and the workout were great, but he also got us in the right mood to have fun on court and enjoy paradise. Thanks to Angel, and Vanessa too. This was our third annual visit to the Four Seasons Nevis, and the staff’s friendliness, engagement, and service stood out even more this time. We ate at all three restaurants, ordered room service, and had food by the pool. The quality was high across the board, as was the service. We’ll be back next year. My one gripe: although I’d been allowed to do it in past years, this time I was banned from having a quiet cigar at the beach bar late after dinner.

The complimentary paddle boarding was a highlight for me, and the couples massage and spa area added a lovely touch of luxury. Our room had a great view and a comfortable bed, with the beach conveniently close by. The landscaping and layout were beautiful, and the catering and food service were exceptional every time. Everyone we met seemed to love being there and was eager to help. We had a wonderful stay from beginning to end, and I’d absolutely love to return. It’s worth it.

The beach was lovely, and we even spotted turtles while snorkeling right off it. The grounds and tennis facilities were beautiful, the rooms comfortable and well equipped, and the dining was exceptional. The staff made us feel royally looked after. One of the best vacations I’ve had.
