The baked eggs downstairs were a nice touch, and the owner’s wife feeds the stray cats. The dogs seemed to love it too. It was nice being right in front, though there were still lots of people around. The bathroom fan is the one drawback, it doesn’t ventilate very well. Still, the place is affordable and dog-friendly, and you can take your dog onto the beach on a harness or leash.

The third-floor room had a great ocean view, with no buildings blocking it, and the bedding was decent. We paid under 50,000 won for an ocean-view room, which was a reasonable price, and the owner was very friendly. They brought extra bedding when we asked. The room itself wasn’t in great shape, though, and there was water left in the refrigerator, probably by the previous guest. I’d say it’s suitable for friends, but not families or couples.

The ocean view right out front is amazing, and the owner and service were great. It’s really good value for the money, though you should expect that cleanliness isn’t the strong point.

The owner was kind and the sea view was lovely, but I couldn’t sleep because the refrigerator and water purifier were much louder than I expected. That was disappointing.

The light kept flickering and wouldn’t switch off, so I ended up unplugging it to get to sleep. The bathroom fixtures weren’t working properly either, and both the bedding and housekeeping were filthy. The Yeogiae app rating was nearly perfect, but this was the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in.
