We've been here several times. It's a good fit for families with kids, with clean rooms and lovely interiors. The natural hot spring is really relaxing.

The room was already warm when we checked in, and the pool is spacious, though it fills up quickly. Kids come here to relax, so you can hear noise between floors and in the hallways. There's also a kids' cafe in the basement, so be sure to use it. The place is right behind the old Bugok Hawaii. We came with our kids after seeing a YouTuber visit. It looked a little smaller in person than it did on YouTube or in photos, but for the price, the pool makes it a great deal.

The rooms were clean, the water was good, and it was a great spot for kids to play while adults relaxed in the hot springs. The parking lot is fairly large for the number of rooms, but there wasn't a single space when we arrived. Maybe we hit regular guests' checkout time, or maybe it was the festival season.

The kids loved the room decor so much that they wanted to come back as soon as we left, which was a bit of a hassle. The spacious bath and hot spring were great, and the free kids' cafe downstairs was nice too.
