The breakfast was a real highlight, delivered to our room and put together with care. We could choose sandwiches or abalone porridge, and it came with fruit, side dishes, Yakult, coffee, and even coffee gummies. Everything tasted good and there was plenty. B’amu Hotel & Spa is right in front of Gwangalli Beach, with cafes and restaurants nearby. Beachfront rooms are limited, so book early if you want the full sea view. The staff were warm and attentive throughout, helping with our luggage, arranging transport, and suggesting places to eat. We felt well looked after and had a comfortable, memorable stay. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a beachfront hotel with caring service.

The beach view was amazing, and the staff did everything they could to make us comfortable. Our room was clean, modern, and spacious. We had a great experience and highly recommend it.

We looked forward to the complimentary breakfast every day, delivered straight to our room. BAMU is in a perfect spot at Gwangalli Beach, and most Busan attractions are within a 30 minute Uber ride. Our spacious, well equipped room also had an in-room spa that we enjoyed.

Busan was good to us, but the service from the female night shift staff member wasn’t. We met her on 6/30 and told her we had a reservation. I gave her my passport, but I don’t know why she wouldn’t check it or use her customer list. I even saw my name on the paper and pointed it out. Before that, we’d asked a male staff member whether BAMU could arrange a taxi. He confirmed the service was available and said to ask the service desk to call one. The next day, the same woman refused to help. We told her what the male staff member had said, but she wouldn’t look me in the eye or explain why. What if a customer needs to get to the airport? Please train your staff. Her shift was from the night of 2025 6/30 to daytime on 7/1. This one star rating is for her.
