Mercure Ambassador Seoul Hongdae

I appreciated the welcome card and snacks waiting in my room, along with the thoughtful upgrade to a spacious room with a comfortable bed. The room was well equipped, and I liked having both coin laundry and a laundromat available. Mercure Ambassador Seoul Hong Dae is handy for food, shopping, and transport, all just a short walk away. The front desk handled my early check-in professionally. I was pleased with the service and would stay here again on another Seoul trip.

The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely set up, with the shower separate from the toilet. Its size was reasonable for a busy Hongdae location, though it didn't feel like a business stopover room. I didn't get a chance to try the facilities. The 'All member' room upgrade and late checkout made the stay especially memorable, and getting around Hongdae was easy.

Lynn noticed what we needed without us having to ask, and her help really touched us. Thanks, Lynn ♥️ Hongdae is right on the doorstep, with just about everything nearby, including Daiso and Olive young. I had a perfect three-night stay. When I come back to Korea, I'd definitely stay at Mercure hotel again.

The staff were generally helpful and friendly, and the receptionist who saw me arrive early kindly let me into my room so I could rest. I was also pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a larger room because I was staying for a long time. The location is very convenient, with shops and places to eat around the hotel. It's a two-minute walk to the shopping street and three minutes to Hongjik Uni Station Exit 9. There's a CU across the street and several breakfast cafes on the next street.
