The ocean is right out front, and there are lots of restaurants close by. A convenience store is just a three-minute walk away. The facilities are excellent, and the owner is friendly.

There's plenty of parking, and with a good room assignment you might get a partial ocean view. The rooms are clean and, judging just by the room quality, nearly four-star. The bathroom floor is very slippery, so be careful. A large TV and an AirDresser are in the room. The first-floor lounge(?) has a simple complimentary breakfast: toast, coffee, instant noodles, cereal, and juice. Check-in starts at 4 PM, and check-out is at noon.

Near Ilgwang Beach in Busan, this clean business hotel has a practical layout and simple breakfast. It’s very reasonably priced.

The breakfast made for a pleasant start to the day, with vegetables, toast, boiled eggs, fruit, and brewed coffee. I stayed by myself on a Monday a few days ago, choosing this quiet seaside spot because I needed to get to Gimhae Airport the next day. Gijang IC is about 10 minutes away. There’s plenty of parking, with two lots, and my room was clean and peaceful. The price was affordable too. I had a really nice stay, and the hotel feels modern, neat, and well kept. The bedding was the one real drawback. The sheets and duvet didn’t seem to be cotton. They rustled and didn’t absorb sweat against my skin, so I felt damp and uncomfortable during the night. I can see why an easy-to-wash fabric might be used, but it felt out of step with the hotel’s otherwise high quality. For an overnight guest like me, it was a significant inconvenience, even if it might matter less to someone using a motel for just a short stay. I brought it up with the owner when I checked out, since I was sorry to leave without mentioning it. I hope they make a change. With cotton bedding, I’d be happy to recommend this place to lots of people. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
