I’m trying to give this five stars, but I can’t click the fifth one! I want to say the hotel was amazing during my stay. I visited on a tour of Busan a few years ago, and even now, looking at old photos brings the memories back. It was lovely and cozy, and the breakfast was delicious too.

During our family trip in January, my father had a serious fall while leaving the elevator. Staff saw what happened, but no one helped until we specifically asked. The hotel didn’t have essential medical equipment such as a wheelchair and offered only a luggage cart instead. My father had emergency surgery and is still receiving treatment. The hotel has not contacted us to ask how he is or offer support. After this experience, I’ve lost trust in this hotel chain’s commitment to guest safety.

The staff were kind and tried to help with everything, even though their English wasn’t very good. Just keep in mind that the pool costs extra, and the hotel is a little far from the touristy spots. There’s a great bakery on the second floor. Definitely visit for the fresh sourdough bread and sandwiches.

There was sea on one side and hills in the fog on the other, and the weather felt amazing. A nice hotel in the Busan area, with staff who were really kind and helpful.

The restaurant feels cramped and doesn't have much variety on the menu. There's no English information in the room, and you have to pay extra to use the swimming pool.
