The phone interactions were awful. They laughed, hung up, and then stopped answering, so it was hard to get anything sorted out or start a vacation on a good note. Check-in itself was difficult too, since there was no in-person check-in and we had to call. There wasn't a bed in our room, and when we asked for one, they said it would cost extra. Really sad experience. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

They ended up telling us the booking was cancelled. We arrived at 3 PM, the check-in time listed in the app, but nobody was there, and we didn't have a Korean phone number. We asked a friend to call, and when we found a staff member, she called the owner, I guess. We were told check-in was at 5 PM. There was nowhere to leave our luggage because no one was around, so we waited at a nearby cafe. Then they said all bookings had been cancelled.

We booked through Agoda, but couldn't find a way to contact the property and they never sent a check-in code. There's no receptionist on site, so you need to call to check in, which is a hassle without a Korean phone number or some luck. The place is old and has a weird smell. For a short stay, I wouldn't bother.

The room was cozy and comfortable, with just enough space for two. The manager was very helpful: she called a taxi to the airport and waited until it arrived, and her English was good enough for us to communicate easily. The location is splendid, just a staircase away from Busan tower. There are restaurants, shops, banks, and money changers around, the price is reasonable, and the WiFi is good.

The rooms are clean and cover the basics. The bed isn't the best, but I still slept pretty well. For the affordable price and great location, I'd recommend staying here.
