We had a great two-night stay from October 7-9, booking two rooms for three people and two people. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Some spoke English well, which made things easy. It's an easy walk to Haeundae Beach and close to Oasis Waterpark and Busan Sky View. There are lots of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby, so finding something to eat or snack on was simple. The clean, comfortable rooms had large windows with a nice city view and a partial sea view. Our kids really enjoyed their stay. I'd recommend it to families visiting Busan, and we'd be happy to stay again.

We got there 38 minutes before check-in and were told the room was ready, but they'd charge us to check in early. They had us wait in the lobby right in front of them instead of letting us into a room that was already prepared. Not great customer service. The luggage room is in the lobby too.

The hotel is right by Haeundae Beach, and the location is decent. My room was clean and spacious, but the service fell short. I arrived an hour before check-in after a long journey, with a conference to get to right afterward, and they refused early access unless I paid 20,000 KRW. I also asked how to get to the airport by bus. The directions were vague, so I had to ask for the exact details. I waited at the stop from 5:45am for 20 minutes, but the bus never came, and I ended up taking a taxi instead. The stay wasn't ideal, and I wouldn't return.
