The staff are warm and friendly, and always ready to help. The clean room is simply designed but has all the necessary amenities, including a daily bathroom set, which was a thoughtful touch. Sasang subway station is nearby, making it very convenient to get around the city or travel to the airport. I'm truly grateful I found this hotel and could stay here during one of the most difficult times.

The Japanese-speaking woman at reception matched me with other guests taking the same flight the next morning, so we could share a taxi to the airport. I was there for an early flight, and once I arrived, I understood why check-in was after 9am. It's what they call a love hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and pets are welcome. A small amenity pouch had a toothbrush, razor, and other items, and the room came fully equipped with pajamas and towels.
