A decent business motel, right by haeundae station and near the beach. The bed was a little hard, and the shower hookup leaked. There were about 2000 LED lights on between the TV, HVAC, charger station, and room lighting system, though the windows did block outside light.

There was a lot of damage and no wardrobe or cabinet. The toilet was damaged, and there was no door, just a curtain.

The room was a little dated and could use some work, but it was clean and everything worked. It was quiet, with a big bathtub and a warm, soft bed. The heater was the downside. Even with it set to 32C, the room stayed cold. Still, the price and service were perfect, and thereโs free coffee ๐

The staff were nice, and the place seemed clean. I especially liked the blackout windows, which helped me sleep well. This was my favorite stay on the trip in Korea. I could only afford it because of the hotel points Iโd built up, but the location is perfect.

The owner and Jieun were both rude, and the room was unclean, musty, and nothing like the photos. Dirty laundry was scattered through the hallways and even covered the stairwell. The hotel also didnโt provide the amenities advertised online. When I asked why there was no AC, the explanation changed between it being โnot hot enoughโ at 77F and the room being โtoo dirty.โ Itโs a decent location if only it were run by someone competent.
