Good value for the money. The rooms were comfortable, with good Wi-Fi and amenities on par with star hotels, and I felt safe and at ease. It’s centrally located near the attractions, with a bus stop and subway close by.

The place felt frightening, especially when I had to move around alone. The hallway was pitch black even during the day, with just the light by the intercom outside each room. The elevator was dark too and made strange noises. We booked for three, but there were only two pairs of slippers, and staff said they had no more. The room had a double bed and a single bed, but the single had only a duvet cover. My grandmother couldn’t sleep without a blanket, so I asked for one. They said they don’t normally keep extras and only leave one in the room because they expect it to be hot in summer. I don’t think that’s right. We paid for the basics and asked for them, and if there aren’t blankets available, guests should be told in advance. I’ve never stayed in a hotel without blankets before. The service was terrible, and the people were awful. It was so bad that I can’t just overlook it because the price was cheap. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for now. If you still decide to go after reading this, maybe do it only for the value.

The rooms and bathrooms were very dirty. The only thing going for the hotel is its location, about a two-minute walk from Vannegok subway station. If this were the only place left in Busan, I’d rather visit another city.

A little water leaked from the sink, but the room and shower room were both spacious and pleasant. It’s near the station and was a good hotel for a reasonable price.
