The elevators were the main drawback. The building is shared with another hotel and has many floors, so at busy times we sometimes waited a long time. Still, I'd definitely book this room again if I return to Busan. It was clean, spacious, and felt quite luxurious, with beautiful beach views. The bed was extremely comfortable, too, and made it easy to relax and sleep.

We got there earlier than planned, and the welcoming front office staff let us check in early. The room was really nice and clean, with a very nice view of the beach. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Busan.

We live in Busan and are staying on the 29th floor. For the price, this hotel is excellent, and the staff are especially kind and friendly. It's within walking distance of Haeundae Beach, with convenient transport and lots of tourist spots nearby. A great place to stay after spending time around LCT. Breakfast is included, and we were given it free of charge as well. There's even ramen, along with Korean dishes, salads, bread, butter, and yogurt, which is handy for travelers. In the morning, you can watch the sunrise over the Haeundae sea from your room.

The room smelled strongly of food when we walked in, and the door and nightstands were visibly greasy and dirty. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and the room had an unpleasant smell overall. We told the staff about these issues, but they said there were no other rooms available, so they couldn't move us. The bathroom was in very poor shape. The shower floor was extremely dirty, with yellow stains and limescale buildup, and even the toiletries looked dirty. Most hotel floors smelled bad, and the lobby was worse, with little to no ventilation. We tried to turn on the air conditioning, but were told hotel policy meant it couldn't be used. We had to sleep with the window open, which was far from comfortable. Breakfast was very average at best, a 2/10 for me. It was a very disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Nothing to complain about. The balcony had an amazing beach view, breakfast was good, and the location was impeccable. I even got a free late checkout ๐
