The staff were nice, but the service had some frustrating limits. You have to confirm room cleaning each day before a certain time. If you miss that window, they say cleaning is no longer available. During my three-night stay, the cleaner left us small towels instead of shower towels on the first day, so we had to ask reception that night. Another night, we were told they had run out of shower towels. My friend in another room was also told they were out of toothbrushes. Running short of basic items like towels seems ridiculous. The room itself was right beside reception in the building, which seems to have originally been commercial rather than designed as a hotel. It was rectangular and there wasn’t enough room to open my luggage. Since it faced a main road and only had single-layer windows, car noise came straight in at night and kept me from sleeping well. The curtains were thin and see-through, and the street light on the beach opposite made the room feel like daytime at night.

The location is excellent, right by the beach and market. We had two rooms, and the second one was definitely more spacious than the first. Cleanliness was the downside. They didn’t offer room tidying, and with carpet in the room, I think they should at least vacuum when doing a basic clean.

It was our first time in Busan, and staying at Uh Suite made the trip more memorable. We loved the family room, and the beds were really comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Haeundae beach is right across the street, with cafes and restaurants all around. We had a great three days and would definitely stay again. Thanks, team Uh Suite!

The location was good, near the busy area by the night market. We booked a two-bedroom apartment, but the living area and kitchen were smaller than we expected, and the bathroom was small too.

The room looked nice and had a great beach view, but several things made the stay difficult. I paid for a king bed and got a queen instead. The mattress was hard, so I couldn’t sleep, and my partner could hear people in the neighboring room at night. When I checked in, I was told I could get the hour-late checkout I’d requested only if I left a review for free. There’s just one elevator, so if it’s passed your floor, it has to go all the way down before coming back up. There’s no room phone either, so any issue means going to the front desk using that same elevator. When the room was cleaned, they took the dirty towels but didn’t replace the body towels.
