No.25 Hotel

I wouldn’t recommend paying full price. The gaming room had no headset, and the chairs were uncomfortable. The walls were sloppily done, and there was plenty of mold in less visible spots, including the window frames and under the bathroom tub. Cleanliness seemed a bit lacking.

I stayed in the summer of '22, and the air conditioning in the room was far too weak. I wondered if it was being maintained at all. The bathroom hygiene was poor, too, with lots of unsightly marks on the door, whether rust or water stains. The location is near Minlak Waterfront Park, but there’s a seafood center and fish market right out front. It can be somewhat noisy, so it may not be great for walking around. Overall, it wasn’t a good stay.

The room isn't very clean, with some dust around, and the towels are old and worn. You can hear conversations and even bathroom use from the next room. In the shower, you have to keep holding the showerhead.

It’s close to the seafood center, and the owner is friendly. There don’t seem to be many guests, so you might be able to get a room upgrade. The room is on the small side, the soundproofing is poor, and there’s some mold on the bathroom silicone. Without an upgrade, it may not feel worth the price. I’d think of it as a motel for a quick overnight stay.
