The elevator is the main drawback: it’s shared by several hotels across the same two buildings, so it can get crowded and there’s often a wait, especially at busy times. Otherwise, I was satisfied with the stay. The room was simple but pleasant, reasonably spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. There’s also a small gym that’s adequate for a short visit. The service and price felt well balanced, and the location is a highlight, right in front of Haemundae Beach and within walking distance of the famous cable car.

We didn't get into a clean room until about 5 PM, an hour after we arrived. The replacement room was still dirty, with soiled sheets and things on the floor, so we had to wait while it was cleaned. Nobody apologized, and the woman at reception seemed not to care. They didn't offer late checkout to make up for the lost hour either. We'd arrived at 4 PM and the first room looked straight onto the next building's wall, with no view or daylight. I'd booked a city view and asked to switch, which they did, but the new room wasn't ready. Given that check-in is already 3 PM and checkout is 11 AM, it feels like you pay for a full day and barely get to use it. The service was awful, and I'd tell people to stay elsewhere.

For the price, it was good value. The room was clean and they replaced the towels daily. It was near the beach and a bus stop, with a few convenience stores around. Just watch out for the signs, they point the wrong way. The rooms are in building B, while reception is in building A. There was enough room for three adults, and it came with a rice cooker, an inverted washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. If you want to cook, ask reception how to use the safety switch that turns the gas on and off.

The bed was really comfortable, and the room had useful things like a rice cooker, shower, and washing machine. It was tidy, too. The beach and metro station are both close by. The lift is very slow, though. When it's busy, you can end up waiting a long time to go up or down.
