The kitchen on the second floor was a big help for our vegetarian family. It had everything we needed to cook and eat there. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were polite, supportive, and ready to help with any request. They shared information with us on WhatsApp, too. The location worked really well for sightseeing, with public transport and attractions easy to reach and a supermarket right across the street. We'd definitely stay here again when we're back in Busan.

Reception shares useful information for your stay and for local eateries. There were lots of extras available that I wouldn't have thought of, including a hair straightener, laundry facilities, Japanese toilet seats, and a huge shared kitchen. Great location. Highly recommended!

There's a kitchen and dining area on the second floor, and the hotel is great value. The manager is a lovely man who speaks excellent English. Before you arrive, he sends very detailed WhatsApp instructions covering how to get there, taxis and buses, nearby restaurants and their menus, room controls, and shopping and grocery options. When you arrive, he'll go over the room service details as well. Brilliant, and highly recommended.

The location in Seomyeon is excellent, and the hotel offers good value for money. The room's floor heating made it very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent and thoughtful, even folding my sleepwear. Amenities are on the first floor, and the LINE customer service was handy for help with the room facilities. Highly recommended.

We spent six nights here. The location is handy, close to Lotte duty department store and just a few minutes' walk from the subway, with lots to explore around Somyeon. The owner was very accommodating and had good nearby restaurant recommendations, which saved us time deciding where to eat. The room was spacious, and having a tub was a nice way to unwind after all the walking and stair climbing.
